Salad (Anise/Liquorish) Endives grilled with blue cheese light cream, roasted pistachios and caramelized pears, parsley and lemon zest (gf, vg):

Entrée (Umami)           Organic Mary’s Chicken stuffed with dried fruits. Chestnut Sauce (gf)

Or:                                      Stuffed Radicchio with Dried fruits and Rice. Chestnut Sauce (vg, gf):  

Dessert (Rich)                Chilled honey mousse with Honey Lemon Caramel and Hazelnut Crumb (gf, vg):
